By accessing or using the Netherdragon Network website, Discord server, or Minecraft servers (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Services.

2. About Netherdragon Network

Netherdragon Network is a community-operated Minecraft project that provides multiplayer game servers and related online services.

Netherdragon Network is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

3. Account Responsibility

When using our Services:

• You are responsible for your Minecraft account and any actions performed with it.
• You must not impersonate other players, staff members, or third parties.
• Sharing accounts or allowing others to use your account is done at your own risk.

4. Community Rules

All players must follow the server rules and community guidelines.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• No cheating, hacking, or use of unfair advantages
• No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• No griefing, exploiting bugs, or intentionally damaging the server
• No spam, advertising, or disruptive behavior

Failure to follow the rules may result in moderation actions.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Netherdragon Network staff may take moderation actions when necessary to protect the community.

Possible actions include:

• Warnings
• Temporary mutes
• Temporary bans
• Permanent bans
• Removal of access to certain services

Staff decisions are final in most cases. Appeals may be submitted through official channels if available.

6. Virtual Items and Progress

Items, ranks, statistics, or other in-game progress may change or be removed at any time if necessary for gameplay balance, technical reasons, or rule enforcement.

Players are not guaranteed permanent access to in-game items or features.

7. Donations and Purchases

Netherdragon Network may offer optional purchases such as ranks, cosmetics, or other virtual features.

By making a purchase:

• You understand that you are supporting the project.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
• Purchases may be revoked if a user violates the rules.

Refund policies may be defined separately on the store page.

8. Availability of Services

While we aim to keep the Services available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical issues
• Security reasons

9. User Content

Users may submit content such as chat messages, forum posts, feedback, or screenshots.

By submitting content, you grant Netherdragon Network the right to display or use that content within the community.

Content that violates rules or laws may be removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Netherdragon Network is provided "as is".

The operators are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Server downtime
• Loss of in-game progress
• Damages resulting from use of the Services

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements.

Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
